Founded in 1983, Olympic Pools has built pools, spas, and pool spa combinations for both residential and commercial customers. We are a custom pool builder so we work very hard with owners and landscape planners to come up with a pool or spa that makes sense for their family, landscape plan and budget.

Our Difference

The value and cost of the pool is not specified by merely defining the size, depth, and square feet of deck around the pool. There is a difference in how pools are plumbed that affect the pool’s operating costs, water clarity and chemical usage. We build pools to meet the Minnesota Department of Health standards for flow, turnover rate, entrapment protection, sanitation and placement of returns. Unfortunately, very few residential pools meet the standards that are mandated by state code requirements for commercial pools.

Our Equipment

There is a difference in the type of equipment used that affects the maintenance cost of pool ownership. We use diverter valves in lieu of ball valves, flow-meters in lieu of guessing, variable speed pumps, AI robotic cleaners and high capacity cartridge filters that are superior to sand filters in both filtration and water consumption. Chlorine Generation, Salt Water Generators UV, O-zone…these are just a few of the treatment/sanitizer options. Olympic Pools will work with you to find the best option for your pool or spa.

A Few Facts About Olympic Pools

  • Our lead field supervisor has been with Olympic Pools since 1984, is an American Concrete Institute Certified NozzleTech, and has completed training in the PHTA, Genesis 3 and WaterShape Engineering Construction schools
  • Our senior service technician is an instructor for the PHTA Certified Pool Operators training course for commercial pool/spa operators and has over 40 years of commercial service experience
  • Eric, Stockton and Tucker (owners) are committed to continuing education in the industry and the PHTA code of ethics. Combined, they have over 60 years of experience
  • We service what we sell. Our field service technicians are APSP Level II, PHTA and CPO certified. We are committed to providing continued education/technical training for all of our employees.
  • Olympic Pools employees have over 175 years of combined experience in the pool industry. We use our own personnel for almost all key phases of construction (excavation, forming, rebar, shotcrete, plaster, tile, automatic covers, service and water testing), not subcontractors or temporary/seasonal workers
